How Do I Manage Facebook Shortcuts?

Keyboard Shortcuts on Facebook Website

When using Facebook on a desktop browser, you can use keyboard shortcuts for common actions like:

  • Pressing “j” to scroll down the News Feed
  • Pressing “k” to scroll up the News Feed
  • Pressing “p” to open your profile page
  • Pressing “/” to open the search bar

To see a full list of Facebook website shortcuts, click on the down arrow in the top right corner and select “Keyboard shortcuts” from the menu. This will open a dialog box showing all available shortcuts.
